The Rene 4 spoke

The Rene 4 Spoke steering wheel is inspired by the original Rene Thomas steering wheels of the 1920s. Handmade in England, it features a classic four spoke design with a solid mahogany wood rim and no finger grooves, accurately reflecting the simple period correct styling of vintage motor cars.

To complement the character of pre-war vehicles, each steering wheel is carefully aged by hand to create a  patina before being finished with Danish oil, just as many original wooden steering wheels were. The result is an  appearance that suits restored cars as well as original vehicles that have retained their historic character.

Each steering wheel is made to order and can be manufactured to suit almost any steering wheel boss, including Moto Lita, Momo, Nardi, original Les Leston or your own custom design. Suitable for a wide range of vintage, Edwardian and classic British and European vehicles.
